What’s New?

Our students have spoken and we’ve listened! They want more content per lesson with fewer trips to the studio. So we’ve reimagined our packages to offer all our lessons in an extended format!

  • Extended-length lessons (80-minutes). That’s twice the length of most studios!

  • 1, 2, or 3 lesson packages

  • Begin closer to your wedding date

  • Option to get help with song selection on larger packages

  • No need to pay for a consultation lesson. You’ll begin work on your dance on day one!

FAQs

  • Our lessons are held in two downtown Indianapolis locations depending on the day. You will receive exact location information a couple weeks before your lesson:

    1) Polk Stables

    1533 Lewis St., Indianapolis, IN 46202

    2) DanceWorks Indy

    537 E. Ohio St. Suite 100, Indianapolis, IN 46204

  • We are always transparent about our pricing. Please visit our weddings page to see current pricing or contact us to get a quote.

  • Any clothing you can comfortably move in is fine. For footwear we recommend fitted shoes that have a strap or laces and a smooth sole. Eventually it’s good to try out your wedding shoes, but we don’t recommend it for your first lesson.

  • There are free parking options near both locations. You will receive our parking suggestions a couple weeks before your lesson.

  • Depending which package you choose, you might want as much as 3-4 months to learn and refine your dance. Generally plan for one extended lesson per month with your final one 3-4 weeks before the wedding. We do have a crash course if you have less than 4 weeks to go!

  • Our wedding dance lessons are intended just for one couple, but we do offer options for father-daughter and other parent dances, as well as group lessons for the wedding party. Contact us to learn more about these fun ways to get everyone involved!

  • Our office schedule varies, but we currently teach lessons:

    Tuesday-Friday 6pm-9pm

    Saturday 10am-5pm
